It’s no wonder why one in three adults in America suffers from high blood pressure, according to the American Heart Association.

While most focus on reducing their salt intake through their food, maybe its time you start with your water.  Traditional salt water softeners add twice as much sodium to your water as they remove hardness through an ion exchange process.  The FREIJE EasyWater is a simple way to condition your water without adding additional salt to your body.  The sodium in salt softened water is absorbed by your skin when you shower.  When you add that to the salt in the water you drink, you are adding a good amount of unnecessary salt.  Just think about it.  Where else are those 40 pounds of salt pellets going to go.   The EasyWater is a water softener alternative that does not add salt or chemicals to the water.  In fact, the EasyWater requires no maintenance at all.

So, if you are looking to reduce your salt intake try the EasyWater and eat only the desserts at your favorite fast food restaurant since they have the some of the lowest milligrams of salt of all items on the menu.  (Mc Donald’s Hot Fudge Sundae – 180mg; Burger King Small Strawberry Shake – 180mg; Wendy’s Medium Frosty – 200mg)
